How to Order:

visit salmanelectronics.com and logged on to your favorite category or product. Review your product, color, size, model, brand, warranty and order us online. Our representative will call to verify and confirm the order. An email with your order details will be sent at the email address you provided with your order.

Mode of Payment:

we offer cash on delivery, bank transfer and payment via credit card at 2co.

Delivery Time:

The product delivery time for orders made at salmanelectronic.com is 2-5 working days subject to order confirmation and approval.

Refund:

Products once sold at SalmanElectronics.com are not refundable.

Exchange:

Products once sold at SalmanElectronics.com are eligible for exchange for a valid reason within 24 hours of delivery. The customer is required deliver the product at Salman Electronics Showroom or to pay shipping on returns order both ways. Upon receipt of returned goods, SalmanElectronics.com reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our requirements. The decision of the Company shall be final.

Product Damaged in Transit:

In case the product received is in damaged or non-working condition, Customer should call customer support number at Salmanelectronics.com or write an email to customer support email within 12 hours of the receipt of the product. Additionally customer is required to drop the product at Salman Electronics showroom. After examination and approval, Salman Electronics will ship the new product.

Warranty Period:

All products available at SalmanElectronics.com comes with difference warranty periods i.e. 10 Months, 12 months etc. which is directly provided by the product manufacturer mentioned in warranty card.

Product without Warranty:

Products sold without warranty does not fall under the warranty. No claim would be entertained. All products without warranty at salmanelectronic.com are marked as “No Warranty”

Warranty Claim:

Manufacturer Offices or their Customer Care Center are the warranty claim location, the details of which can be found in warranty card. The warranty card with serial no. must be preserved during the whole warranty-period.

Warranty Void:

The warranty becomes void for several reasons which includes, if product is exposed to any liquid or moisture, if broken, if burnt due to variable voltages, if warranty seal is missing/damaged, if watered or burned or damaged or is been opened/serviced by someone other than Manufacturer Customer Care Center.

Warranty card:

Customer will be required to present warranty card when handing over product for repair or maintenance under warranty. Manufacturer Customer Care Center is authorized to record any remarks or the status or repair history on this warranty card.
